Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of your purchase date.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unopened and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

• Only items purchased directly from www.moodpump.com are eligible for return.

• Items marked as “Final Sale”

• Gift cards

Return Process

1. Contact our support team at support@moodpump.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at support@moodpump.com.
